Beginner program

Hello I am a beginner in bodybuilding 4 and a half months)
I am 1.70 for 61kg
I am trying to find myself 1 program in relation to my lifestyle, work - child…
Here I have 1 upper body delay (especially pecs and 1 little shoulder)
What do you think of my program:

Monday: pecs-triceps-shoulder

Tuesday: back-biceps-abs

Thursday: legs - abs

Friday: pecs-shoulder
