Je n'arrive pas à voir mes abdos
Bonjour à tous,
Tout est dans le titre et ça m'énerve.
Je m'entraîne intensivement et je suis ma diete de manière rigoureuse, j'ai vraiment l'impression de faire les choses comme il faut.
J'utilise l appli Yazio depuis peu qui est assez pratique voici un exemple ci-dessous d une journée niveau diete:

La plupart des gars font trop d’exercices, ils feraient mieux de réduire leur entraînement de moitié, et de s’entraîner deux fois plus dur sur ce qu’il reste, ils progresseraient mieux.

Je préfère mon site www.les-calories.com, c'est + clair, même s'il aurait grand besoin d'une refonte...

Ben en fait t'as pas posé de question.
La plupart des gars font trop d’exercices, ils feraient mieux de réduire leur entraînement de moitié, et de s’entraîner deux fois plus dur sur ce qu’il reste, ils progresseraient mieux.

Je pensais que mon titre parlait de lui-même.
Je ne vois pas mes abdos malgres une bonne diète (j ai mis une journée type à dispo pour que vous me disiez ce que vous en pensez) et je m entraine intensivement

Il faudrait calculer/évaluer ton taux de gras.Qu' est ce qui cloche ?
Probablement que tu es encore trop gras pour voir apparaître les abdominaux. Il faut être à 10% environ. Bien sec quoi.
Une photo serait la bienvenue.
Si tu es un ex gros qui a beaucoup perdu, cela peut être un cumul de peau.

ce n'est pas donné à tout le monde de voir ses abdos. même si l'entrainement et l'alimentation y fait, la génétique joue beaucoup . et à trop vouloir sécher, on fini par s’assécher..
j'ai 60 ans, plus de 35 ans d'entrainement. j'ai été responsable d'une petite salle pendant 20 ans. je mesure 1m77 et pèse 93 kgs.

On voit le V qui est marqué c est sympa mais c est flasque au niveau des abdos

A mon avis tu n'es pas loin d'y arriver.
Mais se maintenir sec, voir plus, c'est pour de courtes périodes sinon tu risques des misères.

En fait je ne veux pas etre super sec juste trouver mon poid ideal qui permettrait a la fois de voir mes abdos (au moins un peu lol) et garder une masse musculaire intéressante. Et tenir cet etat de forme en continue et si possible arreter les yoyo prise de masse/seche

Il te suffit de déterminer ta dej , puis de bien choisir tes macro et de charger à La salle
