je m'appelle cyril sous le pseudo fif-05 ;
j'ai pratiquais quelques mois la ''musculation'' chez moi avec juste des pompes et des abdaux et puis je me suis inscrit dans une salle de musculation pendant 2-3 mois .
Pendant un entrainement , je me suis blessé sur l'exercice du rowing qui ma bloqué le dos , arrêt du sport pendant un certain temps et scéances de kiné .
J'avais peur de me reblesser à la musculation , j'ai donc descidé d'arrêter la musculation et de chercher une méthode de musculation juste avec le poid du corp et je suis tomber sur la methode lafay
J'ai acheter le livre et j'ai vite pris goût .
